We initially started by selling our coffee equipment and coffee-related products through B2C e-commerce platforms. However, we noticed that many customers had difficulty finding direct ways to contact us. This led us to develop our own sales website. Through this platform, we aim to communicate more directly with our customers, listen to their feedback, understand their experiences with our products, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately make our products more beloved by our customers.
